Sales Position
Role Description
This is a Full-time hybrid role as an HVAC Sales representative located in Brenham, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The HVAC Sales Representative will work with new and existing customers to determine their heating and cooling needs, provide appropriate product recommendations, and prepare sales contracts and agreements. They will also need to maintain accurate sales records and resolve any customer complaints or issues that arise. The HVAC Sales Representative will work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and will be responsible for meeting sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Base salary starts at $60,000/year plus 4% commission on everything sold. No cap on commission.

HVAC Service Mechanic
- 5+ years’ experience in residential and light commercial systems.
- Refrigeration experience a plus.
- Must have own hand tools.
